At Fawcett’s, we’re committed to developing young individuals who have ambitions to drive the precision engineering industry forward.
Declan is our fourth apprentice to join our team in the last 9 years, our goal is to nurture and train young engineers in an environment where they can take a hands-on approach to learning, how to develop, innovate and produce machined components.
Here at Fawcett’s, we want to give the next generation of engineers, the skillset and knowledge to take the industry to the next level in future years.
